CASA is the Court Appointed Special Advocate program. They strive to speak up for and support the best interests of abused and neglected children in the court system. CASAs are assigned to abuse, neglect, and dependency cases in Knox County, Warren County, Henderson County, and McDonough County, of Illinois.
